The Impact You Will Make

As a vital member of our Labs team, you'll contribute to the development of new tools and enhance existing ones within BPI’s tech stack. This role involves the full software lifecycle, from conceptualizing new features to coding, managing deployments, and optimizing based on user feedback.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of professional experience in software development
  • Proven track record in building tools using full-stack applications
  • Proficient in Python (Django) and JavaScript (React); experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus
  • Skilled in using data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and complex SQL queries for data transformation
  • Experience deploying software on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Competence in building and deploying applications using Docker
  • Understanding of integrating security considerations into software development
  • Strong project management and communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity with git/GitHub and project management tools like Linear
  • Knowledge of analytics including machine learning, natural language processing, or data visualization is advantageous
  • Enthusiasm for collaborating directly with stakeholders and end-users to gather feedback

Our total compensation package includes a base salary range of $90,000- $100,000, complemented by an annual discretionary bonus and generous benefits. The starting salary will be based on experience.
