Envision Employment Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a Gen AI Developer / Programmer. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of our global leading professional services partners. The position is based in Cairo, Egypt, and requires occasional travel to client locations.

Role Overview

Your primary responsibility will be developing and implementing AI models for specialized use cases. This is a full-time role on a one-year contract basis, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI models for specialized use cases.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess and analyze data.
• Optimize AI models for performance and scalability.
• Monitor and maintain AI systems in production.
• Deploy and manage AI models using OCI services (preferred).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience, including at least 1 year in LLM apps development.
• Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms for AI deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., OCI, Google) for deploying AI models.
• Experience with building LLM-based apps (e.g., ChatGPT, Llama) using different techniques such as prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning.
• Experience with vector databases and embeddings is a plus.
