Job Title: Gen AI Engineer

Location: Malvern, PA

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled Gen AI Engineer who is proficient in both Python and SQL databases. Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of:

• Data modeling and deploying frameworks in a production environment
• ETL Techniques and data pipeline management tools
• Data warehousing and data lake concepts
• Cloud services, especially AWS
• Working with unstructured datasets and strong analytic skills
• AI and Machine Learning algorithms including Natural Language Processing (NFP)

Familiarity with MLOps, AI platforms, RAG neural networks, and AI model implementation is highly advantageous.

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience with AI frameworks like Tensorflow, Pytorch, etc.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, sophisticated environment
• Strong presentation skills for sophisticated concepts to a non-technical audience
• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred)
• Knowledge of statistical and data analysis methods
• Experience with distributed data computing tools
• Relevant certifications and previous experience in a similar role are a plus
