Impact & Contribution:

We seek a talented and creative AI Platform Product Owner with expertise in software and systems engineering and a deep understanding of generative AI models. You will design, develop, deploy, and maintain platforms enabling AI model creation and use.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As the Gen AI Platform Product Owner, you will lead a team to deliver outcomes, foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performance culture, and work across multiple teams, including MLOps and LLMOps. Your tasks include:

• Build, implement, and maintain scalable generative AI models tailored for various business use cases.
• Ensure the generative AI platform is functional, accessible, and capable of handling increasing output demands.
• Manage end-to-end value delivery and product lifecycle, including deployment and release coordination.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective product development and delivery.
• Drive change, manage risks, and resolve issues, ensuring alignment with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Define product vision, goals, and roadmap aligned with crew objectives, ensuring successful delivery.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog to achieve business and customer outcomes.
• Act as the customer and business voice to prioritize and balance trade-offs.
• Mentor team members and provide technical assistance.

GEN AI Specific Understandings:

Key responsibilities include:

• Integrating AI solutions into existing workflows and systems.
• Staying updated on advancements in generative AI.
• Optimizing and troubleshooting model development and deployment.
• Maintaining clear documentation and following best practices in MLOps/LLMOps.
• Ensuring security integration and data privacy compliance.
• Monitoring, managing infrastructure, and responsible AI governance.

Essential Skills:

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
• 12+ years of coding (Python, Shell Scripting) and app deployment experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS/AZURE cloud, SVN, GIT, Gitlab, Udeploy, Jira.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools, metrics extraction, and automated results.
• Knowledge of machine learning models, cloud platforms, and AI applications.
• Strong software development skills, including version control, debugging, testing, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in computer science or AI engineering.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
