Job Summary:

Our San Jose office seeks an ambitious undergraduate student in Computer Science to contribute to GenAI initiatives. Guided by our Senior IT Manager, this internship offers the chance to engage in the development and deployment of AI and machine-learning models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior data scientists and AI engineers to fine-tune project goals and strategies.
• Handle data preprocessing and cleansing to streamline dataset training.
• Facilitate AI integration within existing system landscapes and workflows.
• Engage in innovative brainstorming sessions to drive AI-centric solutions.
• Document AI models and processes clearly and comprehensively.
• Stay updated on AI and machine learning advancements to keep our approach ahead of the curve.
• Perform code reviews to enhance code quality and functionality.
• Work across teams to ensure timely and successful project executions.
• Undertake additional IT and coding tasks as required.
• Participate actively in team meetings and project-related assignments.

What We Look For:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• A keen interest in GenAI with practical coding and research experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Prior internship experience is an added advantage.

Internship Requirements:

• Availability to work 40 hours per week throughout the 10-12 week internship.
• Currently enrolled in a four-year accredited university maintaining a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Compensation: $18.20 - $25.02 USD per hour (specific to California)
