Meta is on the lookout for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to play a key role within the Product Data Operations (PDO) team. At the heart of Meta’s cutting-edge technologies, the PDO team is instrumental in leveraging data and insights that enhance our machine learning and AI capabilities across all products.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager for GenAI programs, you will:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic GenAI initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including researchers, engineers, and product managers to ensure projects align with Meta's broader goals.
  • Develop detailed program plans for a diverse team, ensuring timely and quality completion of projects.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth program delivery.
  • Keep senior leadership and stakeholders informed of program status, risks, and opportunities through regular updates.
  • Uphold high-quality standards for all program deliverables and drive process improvements across program management practices.
  • Oversee the program budget to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance within the team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience in consumer-oriented product environments, consulting, operations, or project management roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage key initiatives and coordinate multiple cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication skills.
  • Solid background in critical thinking and analytical leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of AI, machine learning, and deep learning technologies.
  • A proven track record in delivering large-scale projects successfully, on time, and within budget.
  • Experience with SQL and adapting well in AI-related fields.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Location: Flexible

Salary: $116,000 to $168,000 per annum, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
