As a Research Scientist within our Mosaic AI Team, your role revolves around monitoring advancements in deep learning and pioneering novel methodologies that push beyond current technological boundaries. You will collaborate within an eclectic team of researchers, bringing diverse academic and technical expertise to the forefront of innovation. Our primary aim is ensuring our clients' success in deploying cutting-edge LLMs and AI systems, translating our scientific expertise directly into our products.
This role specifically involves enhancing our capabilities in processing text and image data by developing new models, integrating breakthrough techniques for training efficiency, enriching our systems with diverse datasets, and implementing advanced evaluation methods. You will be exploring and refining these technologies to not only meet our internal standards but also adapt them to cater comprehensively to our customer needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
No PhD required; candidates with Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees or those new to the field are encouraged to apply, including candidates transitioning from research engineer roles.
