Key Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Python, specifically for ML endeavors (7+ years).
• Solid experience in operationalizing ML applications (3+ years).
• Practical experience with Generative AI technologies including transformers and LLMs.
• Familiarity with prominent frameworks such as Huggingface, LangChain, or GPT.
• Proven leadership capabilities in managing high-performance Agile teams.
• Ability to simplify complex technical details for a non-technical audience.
• Eligibility for Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
• A Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Hands-on experience with large language models and finetuning LLMs.
• Proficient in API design, Containerization, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience in testing, evaluating, and governing ML models.
