• Ensure top-notch data quality through robust management tools and processes across the product lifecycle.
• Support analytics teams, enhancing measurement processes and product metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the Responsible AI Lead, Legal, and Compliance teams to align data management strategies with company standards.
• Engage in strategic planning that supports both business goals and compliance mandates.
• Represent data governance initiatives at senior management levels and with key stakeholders.

Who You Are:

• Experienced: You bring at least 7 years of data management expertise and 5 years in analytics, along with a knack for metrics and digital experience measurement.
• Leadership Skills: Your ability to lead and guide data governance initiatives sets you apart.
• Strategist: You excel at strategic planning and aligning initiatives with business and compliance standards.
• Communicative: You are adept at presenting complex data governance issues clearly and effectively to senior leadership.
• AI Proficiency: Experience with traditional or Generative AI and understanding of AI model complexities related to data governance will be advantageous.
