Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a field providing equivalent practical experience.

Minimum of 7 years in technical roles such as project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting, including at least 1 year in a technical leadership position.

At least 2 years of experience in managing teams.

Demonstrated proficiency in Artificial Intelligence, with working knowledge in deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or pattern recognition. Practical experience with applied machine learning techniques and AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is essential.

Experience with developing ML solutions and crafting applications using AI frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

An advanced degree such as an MBA or Master’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical areas, or equivalent practical experience.

Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools, particularly in solving business challenges related to conversational workloads.

Experience in deploying contact center technologies and building conversational applications.
