Specializing in machine learning, your role will involve everything from statistical analysis to leading the implementation of mission-critical solutions, collaborating with top-tier researchers and engineers.

Role Responsibilities:

As part of our Computational Life Sciences team, you will:

• Develop, test, and maintain advanced machine learning models.
• Apply the latest AI algorithms and tools to solve complex problems.
• Lead projects and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of AI/ML experts, data scientists, and software engineers.
• Use your solution-oriented mindset to innovate customer-focused solutions.

Requirements:

You will bring:

• 5+ years of ML or software engineering experience, with a lead role in developing customer-facing solutions.
• 2+ years in advanced AI/ML technologies such as Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, Keras, Gensim, NLTK, large language model frameworks like HuggingFace, and RESTful API development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model training/testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ability to distill complex technical information into user-friendly communication.
• Eligibility for security clearance.
• Desired: Doctorate degree and experience with federal clients or container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Our total compensation package is highly competitive, with a salary range of $96,600 to $220,000 annually, reflecting a full spectrum of factors including your unique skills and experience.
