Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a technical Solution Architect role within a cloud computing environment or in a customer-facing capacity.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Open Source, Big Data, Machine Learning, and numerical programming frameworks.
• Expertise in AI products, technologies, and infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in building AI and machine learning solutions, utilizing machine learning operation frameworks like Kubeflow, and specific machine learning architectures (e.g., deep learning, LSTM).
• Experience in designing and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems and with Machine Learning technologies.
• Solid understanding of AI Models, Large Language Models, and specialized AI infrastructure, with awareness of AI trends and business applications.
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices.
• Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT space.

About the Role

As a Generative AI Specialist, you will collaborate closely with Product Development and Technical Sales teams to bring Google Cloud AI products to our diverse clientele. This position involves helping both prospective and existing customers understand the full potential of Google AI, guiding them through technical processes, assisting in the design of architectures, and solving any technical challenges.

Your role will also include advocating for the adoption of Google Cloud’s Generative AI services such as Large Language Models and Google-developed Tensor Processing Units. This is a vibrant role that will have you joining an entrepreneurial team within a rapidly expanding business sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities, engage with potential clients to understand technical needs, and develop strategies to overcome technical obstacles.
• Provide expert AI guidance to support technical relationships with Google’s customers, including managing product and solution briefings, creating demos, and conducting proof-of-concept work.
• Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure needed to successfully implement solutions on Google Cloud.
• Support developers, creators, and enterprises in leveraging Google’s Generative Language APIs for building bespoke AI products.
• Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other relevant events as required.
