About the Opportunity

As a Generative AI Specialist at Motorway, you will play a crucial role in navigating our path towards innovative solutions that enhace user interactivity and marketplace efficiency. Your contributions will be key in prototyping, developing, and scaling AI-driven projects that enhance user experiences and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Machine Learning and business stakeholders to define needs and drive the AI agenda.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions addressing real-time business challenges.
• Influence and shape Motorway's Generative AI strategy and future roadmap.
• Conduct workshops and spearhead initiatives to boost AI skills across the company.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing AI solutions, particularly with Generative AI technologies.
• Proficiency in API development, specifically with Python and frameworks like FastAPI.
• Experience with modern LLM frameworks and technologies such as OpenAI’s Assistant API, LangChain, or similar.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, preferably GCP, and modern serverless architectures.
• Strong leadership skills and stakeholder management.
