Your Impact

The Commercial Real Estate Servicing & Data Quality team is seeking a professional to support the closing and ongoing servicing of Commercial Real Estate loans. This role involves collaborating with business units, technologists, and other operational groups to manage loan portfolios effectively. Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Investment Banking Operations is a dynamic division that partners with all parts of the firm to provide banking and financing capabilities globally. Our operations ensure risk management and control, safeguarding the firm’s assets and reputation. We develop processes and controls to facilitate efficient business flows for trades, new products, markets, and transactions.

The Commercial Real Estate Servicing & Data Quality team ensures efficient transaction processing and data maintenance across CRE products. We aim to enhance accuracy, control, and efficiency for our clients by managing the entire loan life cycle, from commitment to paydown, sale, or securitization.

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential

• Support various businesses, including the Real Estate Finance Group
• Process monthly remittances from external servicers
• Investigate and resolve transactional issues
• Settle trades and coordinate fund payments/receipts
• Review daily exception reports and resolve outstanding items
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Enhance knowledge in Regulatory data reporting and Audit submissions
• Develop analytical skills and solve data exceptions
• Mitigate risks through continuous gap assessment
• Support MIS reporting, including risk indicators and trends

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in loan operations preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and control mentality
• Self-motivated and proactive team player
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Quick learner with a proactive approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Cash/Wire Reconciliation
• Financial or quantitative educational background
• Ability to build relationships and communicate complex issues
