Job Description In SGS's Digital Lab Program, we are innovating the agenda of laboratory operations aiming for complete digitization by 2025. This transformation improves our efficiency, enhances the quality of our services, and creates a consolidated network of automated labs which defines new industry benchmarks and identifies SGS as digital lab pioneers. As a Global LIMS DQM Master Data Analyst at SGS, you will be responsible for the flawless operations of LIMS in our Digital Lab Program. Your role will include configuring LIMS, managing data quality, and partnering with global and regional teams to align with the aims of the digital lab while also maintaining the governance and quality parameters. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and sustain global LIMS settings. - Develop and manage LIMS test methods and templates for the global master data collection. - Establish governance rules for LIMS test structures, master data, and standardization. - Validate LIMS master data consistent with business necessities. - Assure adherence to quality and global processes for LIMS setup. - Reserve LIMS setup documentation. - Collaborate with LIMS support for issue resolution. - Collaborate on new test method design with business and GPO stakeholders. In this role, your eye for detail, commitment to data quality, and expertise in LIMS configuration will be crucial in advancing our Digital Laboratory Program and ensuring our laboratory operations run efficiently and smoothly. You will be working within a cooperative and innovative atmosphere, making a significant impact on our global operations. Qualifications Education & Experience: - A technical high school diploma in chemistry or information technology. - A minimum of 5 years of applicable LIMS experience. Skills & Abilities: - Proficient knowledge of LIMS processes. - Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end laboratory process, including customer order confirmation, testing, quality control, and reporting. - Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English. - Efficient in logical problem-solving. - Willingness to travel. - Effective as a team player. - Strong analytical skills, including issue analysis, solution finding, evaluating pros and cons, root cause analysis, and issue synthesis. - Effective interpersonal and communication capabilities for teaming up with diverse stakeholders, incl. IT developers, laboratory experts, business users, and managers. - Familiarity with SGS culture is beneficial.
