Position: Global Quality Systems Data Scientist Specialist

We are seeking an agile and adaptive individual to join our Global QMS team. The Global Quality Systems Data Scientist Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting initiatives aimed at implementing advanced digital technologies within our global QMS-DMS team. This position focuses on enhancing efficiency, increasing automation, and simplifying quality-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in implementing systems, tools, and processes related to data management, data modeling, and reporting.
• Support the Global QMS-DMS Team in developing and maintaining existing reporting and monitoring tools, including dashboards, databases, and KPIs using Microsoft Power BI and Excel.
• Perform data analysis using relevant tools (e.g., SQL).
• Act as the Global Super User/Coordinator for our DMS application.
• Serve as the point of contact for resolving Global DMS user support requests (including F11 ticketing and email requests).
• Assist in the approval of specific global documentation (last approval role).
• Support the Global QMS-DMS team in implementing DMS improvements and managing technical issues and testing.

Key Requirements

• A degree in technical fields such as Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience with Quality System management in a GMP regulated environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in the (Bio)pharmaceuticals or similarly highly regulated industry.
• Strong solution-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in PC and software skills, with excellent knowledge in data management and data tools (e.g., SQL).
• Experience or understanding of Process Mapping and Process Performance is a plus.
• Enthusiastic with a proactive approach to discussions aimed at continuous improvement of the QMS.
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively in an international environment.
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
