Requirements & Responsibilities

As a Golang Lead, you will:

• Bring a minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, heavily focusing on Golang.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performing backend services and applications using Golang.
• Implement industry best practices for coding standards, reviews, performance, and security in all Golang projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of budding early-stage engineers, fostering growth and innovation within your team.
• Analyze and enhance the existing codebase for better performance and scalability.
• Ensure high code quality by writing unit tests, employing automated testing, and maintaining high code coverage within agile method frameworks.

Technical Proficiencies:

• Expertise in developing APIs using Golang and working with both relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Proficient in building concurrent and distributed systems using Golang.
• Well-versed in microservices architecture and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiar with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
