Position: Google Pillar | Senior Data Scientist

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with a solid track record in advanced analytics, especially focused on customer lifecycle analysis and clustering techniques. In this role, you will drive data-led strategies, enhance customer engagements, and generate actionable insights that foster business growth. Collaborating closely with our AI team, product groups, and engineering units, you will play a pivotal role in conceiving and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Lifecycle Analysis: Deep-dive into customer behavior analytics to pinpoint pivotal engagement opportunities throughout their journey.
• Clustering & Segmentation: Craft and apply robust clustering models to categorize customers effectively, based on distinct traits and behaviors.
• Predictive Modelling: Develop predictive models to forecast key customer metrics such as churn and lifetime value.
• AI Product Development: Aid in designing and building AI-driven products and features that elevate the customer experience and propel business growth.
• Communication: Effectively communicate analytic insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through compelling data visualization and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate degree in a quantitative field like Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics. Candidates with a proven track record in Data & AI from other educational backgrounds will also be considered.
• Experience: At least 4 years in data science, with a focus on customer analytics. Experience in ETL processes, data manipulation, and warehousing is desirable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and SQL, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure are advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Fluent in English with outstanding collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
