About the Opportunity

Join Focus Group, a fast-growing Private Equity backed ICT Services business, in an exciting role as a Graduate Business Intelligence Analyst. This position within our Data and Analytics team offers significant exposure to company operations, supporting the creation, production, and regular tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all divisions, acquisitions, and products.

Based at our HQ in Shoreham-by-Sea, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week, this role is crucial in providing the board of directors with insightful analysis that highlights performance, trends, concerns, and achievements.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Support the Analytics team in producing and tracking KPIs across the business.
  • Manipulate, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations.
  • Deliver business-critical analysis to the board of directors.
  • Provide 1st line response to required reports and queries.
  • Analyze statistical information and highlight trends.

Essential Skills

  • Recent graduate with a relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working with large data sets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ambitious, team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
