Digital In this highly entrepreneurial team, you'll contribute to pioneering projects, solve complex commercial challenges and influence every aspect of our business. Whether you're addressing global programmes, organisational design, delivery costs or quality targets, your digital solutions will lead to deeper insights, fostering more effective decision-making. In your first year, you'll enhance your skills in problem structuring, data wrangling, modelling, visualisation, data science, and analytical strategy, and by the second year, you'll develop a key specialism such as data science, data engineering, data analytics or data office. You'll assist your commercial colleagues to drive growth and simplicity by understanding our business and our customers. You could find yourself operating in any of the following areas: - Global Customer Service: We use state-of-the-art digital systems, data and analytics solutions to ensure our customers have a seamless experience. Our data-driven decision-making process allows us to optimize our revenue and increase efficiency across our business. - Demand Planning & Reporting: This team is focused on developing and maintaining management reporting and insights throughout the global commercial function. - UK National Sales Company: You'll support decision-making at all levels by providing deep data analysis and effective visual representations. Finance Data and Analytics Our finance team delivers sustainable, profitable growth by providing key information critical to decision-making. We increase the benefits of data and analytics daily, to shape the company of tomorrow. In your first year, you'll build your skills in problem structuring, data engineering, modelling, and visualisation, using a variety of tools and software. At the end of two years, you will have the opportunity to work in different teams, as well as the chance for a secondment to another function or the data and analytics hub. Requirements - You must hold or be on track to achieve at least a 2:2 degree in any discipline. - We particularly welcome applications from students passionate about analytics. - You must have a passion for problem-solving, the curiosity to understand business challenges and deliver innovative solutions. - Strong numerical and interpersonal skills are necessary, as is the confidence to champion new initiatives. - We only accept applications from candidates with unrestricted rights to work in the UK for an indefinite period.
