Position: Grants Management Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a Grants Management Specialist to join the Department of Transportation's Office of the Chief Information Officer’s Applications and Digital Solutions Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data and develop visualizations using Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Create scheduled and ad hoc reports using grants management data.
• Design and implement strategies for sprint cycles and conduct sprint reviews for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders and document functional requirements.
• Evaluate and document business processes in cross-functional flowcharts to identify improvement opportunities.
• Research and advise on grants management regulations and policies.
• Research and advise on procurement integrity and the acquisition lifecycle.
• Prepare weekly status reports for various stakeholder groups.
• Document meeting minutes and action items.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency with Tableau and/or other data visualization tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in grants management.
