Meta's ISSO GRC serves as the central engine driving risk management and compliance across the company. By supporting Meta and its array of apps, GRC Data Analytics, Tooling & Automation enhances operational efficiencies, productivity, and effectiveness, providing data-driven risk insights.

Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking deeply experienced talents with a background in integrity and security. Your contributions will drive efficiencies through automation, enabling and safeguarding Meta’s globally scaled products and services. Join us in making Meta the premier destination for governance, risk, compliance, security, and integrity professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand work problems and program goals.
• Prioritize program goals, and translate stakeholder needs into deliverables with minimal assistance.
• Define project scopes, develop, execute, and manage project plans for supported programs.
• Review program metrics, monitor potential deviations, and define corrective actions.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities, considering emerging regulations and proactive risk detection.
• Integrate systems for simplified business engagements, efficient workflows, and leadership-focused risk views.
• Understand GRC data needs, develop data models, and transform data for various functions.
• Partner with engineering to translate GRC and automation requirements into actionable user stories.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide trends, metrics, and risk insights in collaboration with data engineering.
• Drive mutual goals by identifying and collaborating with relevant stakeholders across teams.
• Establish and standardize learnings, best practices, frameworks, and tools across programs.
• Prepare detailed program/project plans and establish communication modes and cadences with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and detail mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
• Support business travel as needed (up to 10%).

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience designing or implementing GRC tools, continuous monitoring solutions, data analytics, and reporting.
• 5+ years of program management experience in a corporate environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree and/or relevant certifications.
• 3+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, transparency reporting, integrity, and/or technology risk.
• Experience with GRC tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and driving complex projects with process and technology changes.
• Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau).

Compensation
