About the Role

As the Head of AI, you will spearhead our AI initiatives, from strategy development to implementation and oversight. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to harness AI technologies, enhancing products, services, and business processes. Ensure alignment with business objectives, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements, playing a pivotal role in driving AI-driven innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development

Conduct comprehensive analyses of business objectives, market trends, and competition to shape the AI strategy. Define goals and implementation plans in sync with our overall business strategy. Stay abreast of AI trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Innovation

Deliver groundbreaking products and technologies. Balance strategic planning with detailed product requirements and roadmaps. Build alignment and motivation across teams and partners, driving results through effective communication and collaboration.

Team Leadership

Recruit and onboard top-tier AI talent, fostering a diverse, inclusive, and innovative team culture. Provide mentorship and performance evaluations, promoting professional growth and cross-functional knowledge sharing.

Project Management

Define project scopes and deliverables, develop comprehensive plans, and manage resources efficiently. Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless execution and monitor project progress against milestones and KPIs.

Stakeholder Engagement

Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand AI needs and priorities. Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and clear communication of technical concepts and business terms.

Partnership Management

Identify potential AI vendors and partners, negotiate favorable contracts, and foster productive collaborations. Stay informed about AI advancements through industry events and networking.

Ethics and Compliance

Establish and maintain ethical guidelines for AI development. Conduct regular audits to mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a responsible AI culture.

Performance Monitoring

Define KPIs for AI solutions, implement monitoring systems, and regularly assess AI performance. Provide insights to stakeholders, informing strategic decisions and resource allocations.

Qualifications

We seek a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Data and AI.
• Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong background in AI methodologies, machine learning algorithms, data modeling, and relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience with a proven ability to lead teams and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong business acumen and a strategic, visionary mindset.
• Familiarity with ethical considerations and regulatory frameworks for AI.
• Willingness to work onsite at any of our global locations.
