The successful candidate will be crafting, developing, and mentoring a team that will work towards integrating AI technologies into present products and services. As a part of your role, you’ll be accountable for establishing a dynamic AI team and devising an AI strategy to incorporate AI in their current products, thereby shaping their future products. Requirements: - Develop and implement a thorough AI strategy - Pinpoint opportunities for AI innovation and integration across various products and services throughout the company - Build and lead a team of AI professionals - Formulate training and development programs - Supervise the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions - Collaborate closely with primary stakeholders to align AI initiatives with wider company objectives - Communicate AI strategies, initiatives, and outcomes effectively across the business - Stay informed about the ethical usage of AI, including legal regulations and industry standards - Enforce policies and protocols to manage AI ethics, privacy, and security concerns Essential Experience and Qualifications: - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a leadership role - Proven history of establishing and leading successful AI teams - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - A robust portfolio of AI projects, exhibiting the capability to invigorate innovation and business impact If you have a passion for AI, experience in leading AI teams, and thrive in a leadership position, please apply!
