About the Role – Head of Blockchain Development

We are seeking a visionary Head of AI Blockchain Development (HoBD) to lead the strategic design, vision, and development of our advanced AI Blockchain (AIVM). This senior leadership position is crucial for the successful implementation and progress of our blockchain projects, including assembling and managing a dedicated development team. The HoBD will ensure that our AI Blockchain initiatives spearhead technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Design & Vision:
  • Vision Development: Craft and maintain a forward-thinking roadmap for the AI Blockchain in sync with company goals and market trends.
  • Innovation Leadership: Spot and integrate opportunities for innovation in blockchain technology into the development process.
  • Technical Strategy: Define the architecture and standards for the AI Blockchain ecosystem.
• Technology Leadership & Team Management:
  • Research & Development: Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices to integrate relevant advancements into the AI Blockchain ecosystem.
  • Team Assembly: Recruit, hire, and onboard top-tier AI Blockchain R&D team members.
  • Mentorship: Offer ongoing mentorship and career development opportunities for the team.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular reviews and offer constructive feedback to ensure team members meet their goals.
• Development & Implementation:
  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple development projects to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Apply rigorous testing to ensure reliability and security of blockchain applications.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Blockchain Development: Lead the creation of smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and other blockchain components.

Requirements
