Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Business Intelligence & Performance, you will:

• Drive extensive data analysis and visualization initiatives.
• Evaluate business operations and performance metrics comprehensively.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently and maintain high organization levels.
• Collaborate with internal business teams and external agencies to define and uphold business requirements.
• Oversee the design, execution, and ongoing optimization of the business intelligence systems.
• Champion the continuous advancement of business intelligence capabilities within the company.
• Address data quality issues and aid in the governance of company-wide information.
• Compile and transform data from diverse sources into actionable datasets.
• Employ quantitative analysis to influence strategic business decisions.
• Develop and refine customer lifetime value models and support departments with forecasting and models.
• Respond to routine data inquiries and identify cost-saving measures.
• Create sophisticated financial models and undertake exploratory data mining analysis to uncover new insights.
• Deliver analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science or a closely related field.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience.
• Background in the gaming industry preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau highly desirable.
• Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and analysis tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
