Your Responsibilities

People Management

• Lead and develop multi-functional Clinical Data Management teams
• Ensure comprehensive training, mentoring, and upskilling for team members
• Recruit and manage new talents efficiently

Operational Performance & Delivery

• Align and streamline operational processes across global functions
• Participate in global harmonization and process optimization
• Achieve operational excellence in Clinical Data Management tasks

Modernization

• Support the end-to-end transformation of Clinical Data Management
• Ensure readiness of the Clinical Data Management hub in India

Stakeholder Management

• Maintain effective relationships and regulatory compliance in clinical trials

About You

To excel in this role, you should have:

Experience & Skills

• Strong background in clinical research with leadership and global team management experience
• Operational expertise in CDM and understanding of industry changes
• Knowledge of clinical data regulations like ICH E6 GCP, AI, GCDMP, GDPR, and ICH E8
• Experience in complex clinical IT environments and process improvement
• Proficient in clinical data management systems and collaboration with various functions
• Experience in Clinical project management and digital innovations

Languages

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are required.
