Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage strategic programs, fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure scalable data products on user-friendly platforms.
• Champion a data-driven culture at Sanofi by creating and delivering training programs across all personnel levels.
• Build strong relationships with key tech and consulting partners to drive value and co-development initiatives.
• Oversee the PMO function, ensuring project value, scope, and financial oversight through regular reviews and strategic planning.
• Define and implement KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of data and AI initiatives, promoting continuous improvement.

About You:

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in strategy-to-implementation in digital/data consulting.
• Proven ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
• Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Techno-functional expertise in program and product management within complex environments.
