About the Job

As the Head of Data Analytics, you will be instrumental in leveraging data assets to create significant business impacts. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and expanding the Analytics team, consisting of talented business and data analysts dedicated to delivering real business value.
• Directing and supervising a wide range of challenging projects across various industries and company sizes.
• Closing the business gap by aligning our data solutions with business strategies and ensuring they meet the needs of stakeholders and end-users.
• Participating in strategic discussions to define the role of Data & Analytics in business transformation.
• Being a crucial part of building what is recognized as one of Europe's most capable Data and Analytics teams.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in leading teams or mentoring junior colleagues.
• A growth mindset and a constant thirst for knowledge.
• High emotional intelligence and superb collaboration skills.
• Expertise in Modern Data Stack architectures and business-focused data analysis.
• Proficiency in both English and German.

This position requires eligibility to work within the EU and is based in our Berlin office.
