Job Description:

We are on the hunt for a Head of Data Delivery for COG Commercial, a pivotal role focused on the delivery and execution of data & analytics solutions aiding Chubb's Commercial functions. This leadership role is geared towards individuals passionate about utilizing data to drive business success and operational excellence.

As the Head of Data Delivery, you will be responsible for understanding both functional and technical business requirements, articulating a compelling data strategy, and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to support strategic business decisions. Your role will also involve driving performance of data delivery and analytics solutions, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the company’s budget and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement a strategic data roadmap in collaboration with COG Commercial teams, Technology and Transformation Leads, and the Global Data Officer.
• Drive innovations in data manipulation and analysis to generate insightful business intelligence.
• Champion continuous improvement and change management initiatives, facilitating successful adoption across the organization.
• Leverage new platforms and technologies to enhance Chubb's data capabilities, ensuring top-notch quality and service delivery.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team, nurturing talent and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong, credible relationships across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment on key projects and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Over 13 years of experience in data delivery leadership, preferably in insurance or banking.
• Proven expertise in modern data platforms and technologies like Snowflake, Databricks, and DataIku.
• Strong background in cloud-based data project management.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with experience in managing large-scale transformational programs.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at interfacing with business, IT, and digital teams to drive data-driven decisions.
• Highly skilled in MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
