About the Role

The Head of Data Delivery for COG Consumer at Chubb will spearhead the delivery and execution of data analytics capabilities, ensuring alignment with consumer needs across the organization. This strategic role involves collaborating with regional and local teams, conceiving a comprehensive data strategy, and advancing Chubb's data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement a strategic data roadmap in partnership with COG Consumer teams, Technology and Transformation Leads, and the Global Data Officer.
• Lead data collection, analysis, and the creation of new data-driven approaches to enhance business insights.
• Champion continuous improvement and change efforts, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
• Build, manage, and inspire a team to excel in data delivery and analytics.
• Ensure strong program management, execution, and governance while fostering credibility and trust internally and externally.

Who You Are

• You possess over 13 years of experience in data delivery leadership, preferably in the insurance or banking sector.
• You are well-versed in modern data platforms and technologies, such as Snowflake, Databricks, and DataIku, and have hands-on experience with Cloud infrastructure.
• You have a proven track record in leading substantial transformational initiatives and demonstrate effective project management and execution skills.
• An effective communicator, you can articulate complex concepts clearly and tailor your messaging to diverse audiences.
• A creative problem solver, you are adept at identifying and resolving issues swiftly and collaboratively.
• High proficiency in MS Office products and the ability to lead through structured frameworks to assess and prioritize investments.
