As the Head of Data Engineering, Reporting Ecosystem, you will lead a talented team of engineering managers and dedicated professionals. Your mission is to develop our next-generation data platform, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to maximize our data assets and enable innovation across the organization.

Reporting directly to the Director of Data Tech Delivery, you will be pivotal to our data team's success. You will nurture a high-performance team culture and collaborate with third-party partners. Your goal is to ensure our data products meet business needs, both now and in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team to achieve outstanding results.
• Support and guide engineering managers in their technical and personal development.
• Serve as the main contact for your team, providing regular feedback and guidance.
• Foster a people-first approach, coaching team members, celebrating achievements, and recognizing strengths.
• Communicate team goals and vision in alignment with the broader organization.
• Participate in departmental activities such as recruitment, mentoring, and evolving development practices.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive data team strategy.
• Provide technological solutions to complex business problems using our Data Platform.
• Effectively partner with Data Product Owners.
• Embrace and promote Agile methodologies, staying current on best practices and industry trends.
• Review and assess program objectives and key results for your team.

What You'll Bring:

• Extensive experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale programs and managing change within a team.
• Experience in coding and handling structured/semi-structured/unstructured data.
• Leadership experience managing development managers and teams.
• Proficiency in building data products on Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Data Warehouse technology and relevant data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with automation and deployment.
