Position Summary

As the leader of enterprise data management, you will hold crucial accountability for our organization’s Data and Analytics (D&A) assets. Your strategic vision will craft and execute programs that turn data into business value. This high-impact role includes developing a D&A culture, establishing robust data management frameworks, and propelling technological advancements.

General Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Create and implement strategic data and analytics frameworks in collaboration with business leaders.
  • Manage comprehensive data governance to ensure reliability and integrity of data used across the business.
  • Drive data-driven innovation using advanced technologies like AI, enhancing business processes and outcomes.
  • Develop a data-centric organizational culture, fostering data literacy and analytical proficiency across all business units.
  • Promote active collaboration with key stakeholders to align data management with business objectives and regulatory standards.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 10 years in progressive IT roles, with substantial leadership experience in enterprise data management.
  • Strong expertise in formulating data and analytics strategies that align with business needs and compliance regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with all organizational levels.
  • Proven competence in managing data-driven projects and teams across diverse geographical locales.
  • A robust understanding of contemporary cloud technologies and data architectures.

Education and Travel

Candidates should possess at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with the willingness to travel 30-40% of the time, accommodating a flexible work schedule across different time zones.

Salary Range

An estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from $151,500 to $252,500, plus potential discretionary bonuses. This range may vary based on location and experience.
