Role Overview:

As the Head of Data Transformation for EMEA, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing the EMEA data strategy and delivery. Your expertise will guide the transformation processes, ensuring alignment with both regional and corporate objectives. This strategic position focuses on optimizing delivery of data solutions, enhancing our analytical capabilities, and driving substantial business impact through effective data management and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Data Transformation strategy across EMEA, ensuring alignment with global initiatives and local business needs.
• Oversee the delivery of transformation programs employing Agile methodologies, balancing costs, and ensuring timely execution.
• Maintain robust communication with business units to prioritize data needs and create value through data-driven insights.
• Facilitate continuous improvement in data operations and agile project methodologies, fostering a culture of high performance and operational excellence.
• Drive change management processes and manage risks effectively to enhance data governance and integrity across the EMEA region.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience in Data & Analytics with a solid track record in change management and delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively across various business and technology teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data-related concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Agile tools like Jira for project tracking and management.
• Previous experience in insurance or financial services industries is highly desirable.
