We are looking for a visionary leader to steer our team in leveraging data to drive decision-making and performance improvements across our Finance, Procurement, and People functions, while embracing our Heathrow-wide data strategy.

This pivotal role will guide the creation and execution of strategies, structures, tools, and controls essential for optimizing our core business processes. Your leadership will help Heathrow transform data into actionable insights and ensure the integrity and security of our business analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team dedicated to transforming business data into insights that influence business decisions and performance.
• Enhance business analytics and maintain core data integrity and security.
• Promote digital capabilities across the organization.
• Set standards and leverage analytical expertise to achieve superior business outcomes.
• Develop and automate reporting, business analytics tools, and self-service capabilities.
• Prioritize resources to align with business priorities for efficient outcomes.
• Oversee Master Data Management strategies to ensure robust data governance and protection.
• Influence data infrastructure development to support future data-driven decision-making.
• Advocate for industry best practices in Data and Insight, providing thought leadership.
• Coach senior leaders to maximize digital and data capabilities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external service providers, especially Oracle.
• Champion a business partnership approach.
• Promote cultural change toward better data management and analytics.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience in establishing and leading a Business Intelligence and Data Management function.
• Expertise in defining and implementing BI and data strategies in large-scale organizations.
• Extensive experience with Cloud ERP, EPM, and data capabilities, specifically Oracle Fusion.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all business levels.
• Experience in using BI and data to guide business strategies and decisions.
• Knowledge of key business processes and data structures (Record-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire, Asset management, Source-to-Pay, and Service-to-Cash).
• Proficiency with tools like FDI, OTBI, OAC, BI Publisher, SmartView, Financial Reporting Studio, and EPBCS/EPM.
• Understanding of AI, machine learning techniques, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Salesforce).
• Strong communication skills to transform complex data into actionable business insights.
