ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client—a market research company specializing in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors—seeks a talented Health Data Science & Analytics Manager to join their innovative team.

Location: Northern Suburbs

This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design quantitative research questionnaires
• Create questionnaires on appropriate platforms
• Coordinate quantitative market research projects
• Manage deliverables for quantitative research
• Compile reports for quantitative research studies
• Utilize new tools and technologies, proposing innovative methods

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences (e.g., Biology, Pharmacy) and/or statistics, or related fields
• Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline
• Professional experience in a similar or related role
• Familiarity with new technologies (e.g., Artificial Intelligence)
• Excellent command of the English language
• Proficiency in SPSS and other data analysis software
• Outstanding communication and relationship management skills
