What You'll Do

  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and build relationships with potential buyers
  • Educate prospects on how Zowie can improve their business efficiency and revenue
  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Develop pipeline through strategic outbound programs
  • Manage a territory of top e-commerce brands
  • Become an expert in our products, customer experience, and the AI landscape
  • Use your expertise to help the sales team thrive
  • Report to the Head of Sales (US-based)

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of closing sales experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven ability to build and close pipeline throughout the sales cycle
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Outstanding consultative selling and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions within the e-commerce or customer service sectors
