About the Role

We are looking for a skilled contract Art Director to join our in-house creative team, driving campaigns and supporting the growth of our unique and rapidly expanding brand. The position reports to the Head of Creative within the marketing team.

The ideal candidate will balance strategic and creative insights with a passion for gaming and the internet. This role involves project management, multitasking, and bringing innovative ideas to life across various marketing channels. The Art Director should have strong conceptual and design skills, as well as experience in both traditional and non-traditional marketing.

Work remotely in the USA or from our New York, NY office.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design impactful creative for campaigns and projects.
  • Drive results across various channels, including billboards, events, and live streams.
  • Manage production processes from start to finish.
  • Spark innovation in how our brand connects with the community.
  • Collaborate with teams and external agencies.
  • Push creative boundaries to achieve new standards of excellence.
  • Implement our brand voice and visual style.
  • Create campaigns that earn press coverage, awards, and buzz.
  • Understand the Twitch community to create meaningful marketing opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in developing and executing creative strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience in guiding brand identity over time.
  • Strong conceptual creative ability and design foundation, with knowledge of tools like Figma and AI tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle ambiguity.
  • Proficiency in pitching and selling ideas.
  • Knowledge of production timelines and budget management.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and collaborative work environments.
  • Appreciation for data and analytics in shaping creative solutions.
  • Understanding of various media channels, including Livestreaming, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Preferred: BS/BA in art, design, marketing, communications, or advertising.

Contract Length:

6 months (Per length of service policy)
