Tasks

Utilize Automation Tools: Leverage automation to reach out to potential clients, manage follow-ups, and maintain relationships.

Book of Business Management: Nurture and manage a portfolio of startup and midmarket accounts to drive sales growth.

Messaging Experimentation: Experiment with different messaging strategies to determine what resonates with various personas.

Inbound Qualification: Manage the qualification and nurturing of inbound leads to ensure they are ready for the sales team.

Pipeline Generation: Manage the qualification and nurturing of prospects who meet our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to build pipeline for the sales team.

Customer Profiling and Feedback: Help shape our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and gather feedback to inform product development.

Collaboration with Growth Marketing: Partner with the Growth Marketing team to align on strategies and optimize outreach efforts.

Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth): Understand and leverage PLG strategies to drive user adoption and growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a startup or tech environment.

Familiarity with automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot [preferred], Salesforce).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to experiment with and adapt messaging based on data and feedback.

Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Experience or familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies is a plus.
