ExpandTheRoom (ETR) is on the lookout for a Digital Producer to collaborate with our diverse team of experience designers, visual designers, and developers. Your mission will be to craft outstanding digital experiences for our valued clients.

The perfect candidate is a fast learner and an enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment. You should be detail-oriented, solution-focused, and committed to achieving our clients’ goals while proactively improving ETR’s business processes.

Experience We Value

• Creating responsive web products
• Driving the strategic, creative, and technical execution of digital projects
• Serving as the primary contact for clients and internal teams
• Generating and managing project plans & schedules
• Brainstorming and implementing strategic solutions to client problems
• Identifying risks and bottlenecks proactively
• Tracking project progress meticulously
• Communicating resource needs to the Associate Director of Production
• Managing tasks and bugs using Asana, JIRA, or similar tools
• Remote work experience
• Providing QA throughout project phases
