Job Purpose

We are seeking a Director of Product to take full ownership of our platform, currently serving hundreds of thousands of users. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our solutions by building a comprehensive roadmap targeting distinct user segments like estate planning and rental property management. You will scale existing services and create new markets to drive immediate business success.

As the leader of our product team, you'll have the autonomy to run your department, spearhead product roadmap, optimize processes, and mentor your team. You'll work closely with the CEO to drive company strategy, taking more risks and making a significant impact.

Responsibilities

• Create product vision, roadmap, drive execution, and deliver business outcomes
• Standard PM responsibilities: running sprints, prioritizing stories, translating requirements, conducting competitor research, and defining strategy
• Lead a six-person product team, driving performance through motivation, mentorship, process design, and optimization
• Develop monetization strategies and continuously optimize pricing plans using quantitative and qualitative methods
• Analyze user lifecycle stages (activation, retention, dormancy, resurrection) to improve LTV and decrease churn
• Focus on user experience to delight customers
• Drive end-user metrics and revenue
• Apply high Emotional Intelligence both internally and externally

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in defining, shipping, and iterating SaaS products
• Proficiency in SaaS subscription pricing models and analytics software
• Experience in leading and scaling a product team
• Proven track record with growth experiments, A/B testing, and funnel analysis
• Expertise with tools like Google Analytics, Heap, and Data Studio
• Experience designing and optimizing pricing plans
• Experience in SMB software (highly desirable)
• Ability to work effectively with a distributed team
