Butter Payments is seeking a talented and experienced Field Events Manager to join our team. Our events are vital to Butter’s demand generation and go-to-market strategy. If you are meticulous, organized, and excel under pressure, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, plan, and coordinate various company events, including industry trade shows, hosted field events, and partner events.
  • Generate high-quality interactions, create new sales opportunities, and deepen customer relationships.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate progress and results effectively.
  • Plan and execute internal and external events with detailed field marketing plans, attendee acquisition strategies, and post-event follow-up to maximize ROI.
  • Manage trade shows nationally and internationally, including venue selection, contract negotiation, speaker management, logistics, and more.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure they can effectively market our products and align partner programs with our overall objectives.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Perform enablement and optimization tasks to ensure our campaigns achieve optimal performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner enablement, field marketing, or related roles in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record in managing events and conferences successfully.
  • Experience in developing and managing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong background in building relationships with partners and enabling them to market products effectively.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics and data analytics.
  • Expertise in Google enablement best practices and executing Google-centric marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
