Your Role

As the Lead AI Copywriter, you'll be at the forefront of our content creation, leveraging AI tools to produce compelling, persuasive copy. Your pivotal role will involve shaping our brand’s voice and narrative, ensuring consistent and excellent messaging across all platforms.

Your Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement copy initiatives to enhance key metrics such as CTA, CPC, and CPL.
• AI Integration: Utilize advanced AI technologies to improve copywriting processes and outcomes.
• Creative Excellence: Oversee and produce engaging copy for various platforms (emails, landing pages, etc.), maintaining our brand’s unique voice.
• Marketing Insight: Use your understanding of marketing principles to create copy that resonates with our buyer personas, showcases USPs, and addresses objections.
• Data-Driven Insights: Employ data and analytics to refine content for maximum impact and performance.
• Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of copywriters, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Quality Assurance: Review and refine all content to ensure it meets high standards of quality and effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging.

Your Qualifications

• Experience: 4-5 years in copywriting or marketing roles, with team management experience and a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Expertise: Proficiency in AI tools to enhance copywriting performance.
• Portfolio: An outstanding portfolio demonstrating your ability to create compelling and effective copy.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing teams focused on marketing.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and use insights for content strategies.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity & Innovation: A creative thinker with a passion for exploring new ideas and approaches.
