About the Role

Join our team as a Lead Security Solutions Engineer and play a pivotal role in Dynatrace's Security Solution journey. Collaborate with the solutions engineering and security sales specialist teams to drive technical solutions in various opportunities. Provide pre-sales technical support and expert guidance to our broader customer-facing teams.

Key responsibilities include executing compelling demos, managing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) both remotely and on-site, building key customer relationships, and completing RFIs & RFPs. You'll also collaborate with innovation labs, product management, consultants, customer care, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 years of experience in pre-sales technical support.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with CNAPP or CSPM solutions, and additional security technologies like container security, SAST, SCA, and others.
• Fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
• Strong understanding of observability and APM technologies.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in cloud-native technologies, CI/CD tooling, Java, .NET, PHP, or JavaScript, and SQL.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Up to 30% regional travel required; location flexible across North America.

Note: This position may be filled at a higher level depending on candidate experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary range: $140,000 - $175,000. Final compensation based on experience, skills, education, and location.
• Total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, and comprehensive medical and dental benefits.
