About the Role

As a Product Associate at DataCamp, you will be central to our product development, collaborating closely with our product managers, designers, and engineers. Your role will focus on enhancing our users' learning experience, particularly for our B2B clients. Capture their needs, manage improvements, and measure success. Dive deep into product management and ensure we deliver top-tier value to our users.

Responsibilities

• Engage with B2B clients to understand and address their needs.
• Support B2B clients by working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Triage client issues, ensuring timely improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers to enhance the learning experience for B2B learners, including SSO, LMS, and data exchange protocols.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in technical roles or similar fields. Exceptional recent graduates with practical experience via internships or boot camps are welcome.
• Eager to deliver results in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills with business partners, understanding customer needs, and analyzing requirements.
• Autonomous in managing multiple tasks in technical projects.
• Understanding of user and business value modeling, web technologies, and online education.
• Experience in B2B SaaS setups, agile methodologies, and tools is a plus.
