Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full design process from ideation through execution for new product features and enhancements.
• Create comprehensive wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate your design concepts and solutions.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to gather product requirements and understand user needs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and collect feedback to refine and improve design outputs.
• Incorporate user feedback, data, and best practices into your designs to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Maintain and enhance design systems, ensuring consistency across all product interfaces.
• Collaborate in agile teams to deliver design assets timely and support development teams during the implementation phase.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate Contra’s product design standard.
