Job Description

Role Overview

The R&D Product Owner will manage the operational activity of a multidisciplinary team, from pre-study to production start-up, aiming to achieve set objectives under the best conditions in terms of performance, safety, well-being, and staff commitment.

Our Context

We are leaders in Smart Security Cameras, utilizing advanced AI and image processing software to help deter intruders. We are seeking a talented, dynamic, and passionate Associate Product Owner for these specific products.

Main Responsibilities

Work with a Senior Product Owner to achieve the following missions:

1. Managing Activities and Performance

   Coordinate operating methods and resources within the team to meet objectives, in conjunction with the Senior PM. Lead product development alongside our engineering and design teams and monitor them regarding deadlines, costs, quality, safety, etc. Address potential operational incidents with technical solutions, adhering to existing processes and systems for continuous improvement, information, and reporting. Coordinate field tests and gather professional installers’ and users’ feedback to define and implement improvements.

2. Technical/Business Activities

   Guide, supervise, and obtain approval for the technical, environmental, and economic choices made for your projects. Manage projects from marketing specifications to the installation of industrial resources and the production of the first products. Create product documentation and materials (installation process, quick start manuals, “how-to”s, FAQ, app store description, packaging, localized content) to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Engineering Degree
• Passionate about innovative products and high-quality, user-centered design
• Analytical and pragmatic with a problem-solving mindset
• Strong leadership skills with a team-player and "get-the-job-done" attitude
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, making complex ideas understandable to a wide audience
• Fluent in English (level B2 and above)
• Experience in IoT / Smart Home products is a plus
