Join Our Team as a Remote Senior Symfony Developer at Proxify

Salary: $40k - $75k

Location: CET +/- 3 HOURS

The Role:

Proxify is in search of a Senior Symfony Developer for one of our esteemed clients. If you are passionate about what you do, growth-oriented, and enjoy working on novel ideas to create exciting products, you might be the ideal candidate.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience working with PHP
• 3+ years of experience working with Symfony 4 or newer
• Strong experience in writing PHP unit tests
• Proficient in Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Regular experience with Docker
• Familiarity with queue systems such as RabbitMQ and Amazon SQS
• Knowledge of MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB
• Understanding of event-driven architecture, microservices patterns, and JSON
• Working knowledge of JavaScript development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think and work independently

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to deliver digital solutions across web and mobile platforms
• Translate high-level requirements into software designs
• Implement software solutions using Symfony
• Ensure all code is thoroughly tested and meets development criteria
• Identify and address technical debt in the codebase
