About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our remote team. The candidate will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our business systems and processes with a specific focus on the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Pages. Your primary responsibilities will involve designing, building, and maintaining these systems, driving efficient processes, and ensuring their robust integration with other platforms. This role is critical for leveraging technology to enhance business efficiency and support strategic decision-making initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain systems within the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages).
  • Design and implement efficient business processes within Dynamics 365.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other tools via API.
  • Create insightful and visually compelling reports using Power BI to support strategic decisions.
  • Automate key workflows and processes using Power Automate and Azure Functions to improve operational efficiency across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, solve complex problems, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Continuously research and adopt new technologies to keep our systems innovative and effective.
  • Clearly articulate complex data findings and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and Azure Functions.
  • Extensive experience with Business Intelligence tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of tackling complex challenges and delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in data engineering and machine learning.
  • Experience with SQL and database management systems.
  • Experience with cloud services, particularly in automation and integration functions.
  • Knowledge of data integration tools and ETL processes.
  • Professional certifications related to business applications or business intelligence are a plus.
