About the Role:

As the Enterprise Team Leader, you'll guide a team of developers on enterprise projects and address production issues for our Altium 365 enterprise clients.

A Day in the Life of an Enterprise Team Leader:

• Leading and managing an engineering team
• Collaborating with both internal and external engineering teams
• Troubleshooting performance issues
• Spending 50% of your time writing and reviewing code
• Coordinating with Enterprise customers, Customer Success, Product Managers, and Quality Assurance
• Overseeing daily team operations
• Contributing to the full software development lifecycle

Who We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in team and project leadership
• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience with internationally reputed companies
• Willingness to learn Altium 365 Platform and new technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Technical expertise in:
  - .NET platform and C# language (.NET framework, .NET Core, REST API, etc.)
  - Resolving production issues (application logs, crash dumps, tracing)
  - Multithreading and asynchronous operations
